Q: How easy is it to change accountants and why should I change?
A: If your existing accountant is offering you excellent service at a fair price then consider the extra services that we can offer you, such as general business advice & the whole range of company services we can offer. If your present accountant seems lacking in comparison, then changing over to us is very simple, it involves just one letter from us and we will take care of the rest for no extra charge.
Q: You seem to offer a lot. Are your fees expensive?
A: No, we strive to provide a quality service at a cost efficient rate so our customers are confident in staying with us. In comparison to a larger London based company for example, we are able to charge less than they would for arguably better service.
Q: I’ve just had my accounts done and don’t need an accountant until next year, so is there any need to contact you now?
A: As we are more than just an accountancy firm, we are able to offer advice & assistance to help you out in any area of business you may require at any time of the year. While accounts may only need to be filed once a year, another aspect of business such as payroll will need to be arranged much more regularly which we can confidently provide all year round.
Q: Will you come to visit us for an initial consultation?
A: Yes, this can be arranged. It often helps to see your business, books & records, etc first hand and we are happy to invest our time, completely free of charge, to see what we can do for you.
Q: When can you come and see me/ my business?
A: We will try and arrange to see you as quickly as we can at a time that is convenient for yourself. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns or queries you may have in addition to arranging the initial visitation.
Q: Is your fixed quote guaranteed for more than one year?
A: While we appreciate the fact that maintaining reliable fees for the foreseeable future is a worthy goal, we also appreciate that businesses grow and change over the years. For example, if your business requirements have increased over time we would also need to increase our fees to cover the costs of both these requirements and the time allotted to them. This is not to say that you will definitely experience an increase in costs each client will be evaluated individually and considered accordingly.
